Well, the game has started. I really like my new tribe, well..........most of it. I'd have to group it as such:

People I like the most: Matt, Sydney, Chelsea
People I like more: Mike
People I would like more but i'm having some trust issues: Sandra
People who i barely know: Cochran, Jay
Me. Sekou: Sekou

I felt like in the challenge last night i wanted to be paired with a group that i didn't know *as* well, in some sort of weird bonding way to come together. So i suggested me and mike and sydney work together, hoping that by being a team and working together it created some positive vibes between all of us.

Sandra i really WANT to like. She definitely talks to me a lot, seems nice enough. But she's full of drama. It's like she's Jerri or Morgan from Kakadu but she's taking her rittalin. She's creating unnecessary drama between me and Bobby John about the stupidest things. I dunno if this is a strategy because she knows we know each other and wants to drive a wedge between us, or because she loves drama, or takes offense at the slightest thing. But she's starting to become a potential problem, even though i want to like her.

Cochran, Jay, and Sekou are in big trouble. The other 6 of us bonded in the chat last night, and Mike revealed he needed to make a Boot list as he's leavign for a few days for a vacation, so we basically all agreed it would be someone from not in the chat.

Meanwhile, STILL considering targeting bobby john while we're on separate tribes. Really got to get a feel for who else is in the game and how much of a pain he might be. Also really keeping a close eye on Gregg, as i have some theories on who he might be.

Kim, as for your question, When the game first started, Bobby John revealed who i was from Kakadu to her. Not that i am trying to hide it, i just didn't want people to go around talking about it. So i went to bobby john and just said "hey, no big deal, just do me a favor in the future don't reveal that info. If i'm asked i won't hide it, just don't wanna go around parading who i am" and that was it.

Well the drama starts when Bobby John goes to sandra mad that she was running around telling people what they talked about. Then i tried to calm Sandra down so that she wouldn't turn this into a huge fight and just let it die. She won't and she keeps picking an argument with bobby john and is trying to use my calming down as a suggestion that i'm taking her side, so then bobby john comes to me telling me she sounds like i want him out and i'm on her side and it's just a huge headache. She needs to stop talking and let this die, and bobby john needs to keep thinking she's just a nut.

Rory: The pros to keeping Bobby John is the potential of having a strong competitor working with me and someone who might easily be targeted before i would be and the fact that i for the most part trust what he tells me.

The pros to getting rid of him is to have a blank slate with this game as i tend to prefer as few pre-game connections as possible, the fact that he's very sneaky, the fact that he might already mistrust me due to sandra's crap, and the fact that he's like a train and that if you let him get momentum he might be very hard to stop

we won the challenge, WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! And we smoked them too. We have a good group.

As soon as we won a lot happened. First, i decided to try and bind myself with Matt, thought he'd be a good game partner to have going forward so better to win his loyalty now. We wanted to give the clue to someone would would give it back to him or me so we could work together on it.

Originally I suggested we give it to Mick who everone from the original group 2 really liked. I said if we give it to original group 2, they'll give it back to us and we keep the power in our hands. The problem is that if we do that we run the risk of others putting 2 and 2 together and being off-put by a potential group-2 bond. And we all know there will be some twist/tribe swap in a few rounds so that would just make us targets. So instead we thought we might have to give it to someone random.

Enter Aras. I suggested to Matt we encourage the others that we "randomly" give it to Shawna. I talked to Shawna and we made a deal that if she gets the clue that she "randomly" picks me. So hopefully everyone will be happy at a random, under the radar, non-group 2 pick and i get a clue!! Also, Shawna is on Bobby John's tribe so i decided to clue her in on maaaaaaaaaaaaaybe getting rid of bobby john now rather than later.

Gregg was VERY eager that we give him the clue. I mean I obviously understand but I still have my suspicions about him. Given the choice if anyone from group 2 would get it i would want Mick.

So far not TOO much drama in this game. No absolute nutcases like Morgan from Kakadu or drama lovers like Jerri. (well, there IS sandra, but i'm working with her so i'll deal)
