I haven't not spoken with everyone, and the only person I haven't really chatted with has actually been Matt; and that's only because we always seem to catch each other at inopportune times.
The debate last round for me was whether I wanted to take out Cochran, or settle on Aras who the majority of the tribe was comfortable targeting. I felt like Aras was closer to me than most of the tribe, so it was a difficult decision, but I went with what would appease all of my allies and help weaken the Chorizo opposition that we faced since Aras constantly provided them with information. It was a risky move and we realized it could hurt us if there was a swap by possibly costing some of our alliance if they ended up in the minority on different tribes, but we convinced everyone in our tribe to go along with it.
Chelsea, Jay, Sandra, and I were basically leading the vote. Jay and Sandra recruited Cochran. Cochran recruited Sekou. Chelsea informed Sydney about it. Aras told me he had approached Mike about an alliance, so I made sure that people didn't talk to Mike about the vote either before the deadline. Sydney attempted to do damage control by coming up with a story for Mike at the voting deadline that possibly helped us secure him for later. Everyone else agreed to the story of how a "last minute" flip sent Aras home. The rest of us were intentionally quiet to Aras and his allies about what actually happened, even after the deadline, so they didn't realize the full extent that we were against them.
After the above quoted statement, I also decided that Cochran would be going home next because you don't just accuse me of not talking to you when we've had like six different conversations and he's always the one who lets them die after a few lines. So if we didn't swap, Cochran would've been gone at original Salchicha. I had Chelsea and Sydney on my side. We probably could've gotten Mike. So we had 4/8 votes and needed just one more to break the tie.
However, there was a tribe swap.
