Last nights Tribal Council could only be described as "Wow". I was shocked that Sandra used a Hidden Immunity Idol on me. I didn't expect that at all and in a weird way was kinda annoyed that she did it. I was completely content with the vote ending in a tie and having to compete against Amber in a tie-breaker. They didn't even end up voting for me in the end and instead they voted for Sandra.

I'm very happy Sandra won the tie-breaker against Amber. If she didn't win it then she would have clearly made the worst move in this game. The idol was wasted and that does upset me a little bit, but on the plus side I'm finally in a majority on this tribe.

I did feel bad for Amber leaving. She was a tough competitor, but unfortunately she was part of the strongest alliance in this game. Now that she is gone its safe to say that Sandra, Stephenie, and Myself aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Chase and Shawna for the first time in this game find themselves in the minority. I feel for Shawna because she has been very straight forward with me and I hope that our relationship can continue to grow, but Chase has clearly come after me before. If our tribe were to lose again there is no doubt in my mind that my vote will go for Chase to leave.

Things just got a whole lot more interesting here on Sausage Island. lol.

Today we walked into our Immunity Challenge wondering what would possibly happen today. Our tribe right now is clearly divided in half. With Amber having left it puts Stephenie, Sandra, and I squarely in power here.

Lex told us that by the end of this challenge one tribe would be dissolved and one of the new formulated tribes would go to Tribal Council. On top of all that two people would be captains and choose their tribe members. So this was a huge challenge with huge stakes! I was a little nervous because now I might not be so safe!

The challenge was extremely interesting because you kinda had to think..Do we want to win this? I mean part of me was kinda thinking maybe our tribe should dissolve because were clearly divided and bringing on new people to this tribe is only going to be a campaign to recruit a majority. Once we decided that we were going to stick together it was a question of who was going to be the last person standing and take on the role of Captain.

I have been a Captain before and I have realized the negative lime light I have received from it. So I had no interest in taking on that role again. It wasn't surprising that Sandra ended up being the last person remaining from our tribe. I feel like Sandra does have a lot of deals going on at the same time. While that is concerning, its not a major concern for me right now since I do think she has my back for the moment as shown through her giving me the idol last Tribal Council.

In the end the Bayonaca tribe was dissolved with Stephenie and Sandra being Captains for the new tribes. Stephenie chose Andrew and Chelsea while Sandra chose Tom, Bobby Jon, Semhar, and Mike. This new tribe really changes things up because in my mind their is no longer a clear majority. I know that Bobby Jon will go with Shawna and Chase while Tom will go with Stephenie, Sandra, and Myself. I have no idea where Semhar and Mike stand though and those two could really be the key to getting a majority on this tribe. So this tribe is split once again and I think its going to once again be a tough vote. Things just got a whole lot interesting!

Shawna and I once again had a conversation regarding not voting each other out. It's weird because in an odd way I want Shawna to do well in this game. Now that Amber is gone Shawna is much more valuable to me and a lot less powerful in this game. The power is now kinda slipping away from Chase, Bobby Jon, and Shawna and moving toward the original Salchicha members. When you're someone like me in this game you want the power to stay balanced. You can't allow for any one side to have enough power where they're able to do whatever they want.

I may be good with people in power, but I'm not part of that core. I can either hope for the opposing alliance to take out members from the stronghold or weasel may way into it as time goes on.

The great thing for me is right now were once again faced with two sides. I don't expect this vote to be one-sided at all and regardless of which way it falls I feel secure. If an idol is played I don't see it being played against me and if my group loses someone I don't think it will be me. I'm really in the best spot right now because I'm good with Stephenie, Sandra, and Tom as well as not being the main targets for Bobby Jon, Shawna, and possibly even Chase. So I think this new tribe will help me learn more about relationships and power in the game while remaining safe and secure no matter who grabs hold of the power on this tribe.
