Some see Matt as the leader, but others have definitely recognized Chelsea as the leader who is in good with everyone. Her alias has been blown to several people since early on, and they know how she opperates. Steph V saw getting Chelsea on New Chorizo as important in getting into their alliance by selecting their leader for them, and she's aware of who Chelsea is too.
