Jay kay, just wanted to make a thread to talk about the fact that MY girl Shawna is completely safe, which means someone else will go home. Hopefully not Mike. The other deserving people are relatively safe.
I do want to point out that I did NOT like Sydney's very "political" answer saying everyone left besides Sekou [who she chickened out of saying the name of] deserves to be there. What about Andrew? He at least doesn't deserve to be there! AT LEAST.
EDIT: I was looking at the tracker and saw Mick was there, I had forgotten Mick was in the game. WTF. I don't even think I mentioned him during my exit post. What a FAIL!

I don't think Shawna was ever going to leave this round. Shawna is of use to people who need a number. Someone like Steph for example is probably planning some type of rebellion and will need a solid number like Shawna. I think Sekou or Savage will be here next, even if Shawna hadn't won

And Sydneys stuff has to be chalked up to strategy. Obviously people voted off deserve to be there over a large majority of people still there. Not including myself but surely someone like Misty would at least log on and vote. Sydney is always pretty careful to offend the least amount of people as possible and I'm sure she knew us 2 jurors would read her comment but it's probably better than pissing off 5 or 6 future jurors by telling them they suck.

Yeah, I know why she did it, but it's not exactly the kind of strategy that I respect too much, I have always thought if you need to butter people up from so early on then you must not have a strong enough case to win them over in the end. I have won games despite the jury hating me while in the game, just because I explained it in such a way that it showed that I was the best player.
But I do think Shawna is a dead man walking, even with Steph trying to start a Rebel alliance, half the other idiots are brain-washed, so I doubt they'd have the numbers at all.

Oh Shawna is dead man walking for sure, I just dont think she would have gone this particular round. People get weird when there is only one person left in an alliance and they just forget about that last one. Thats why I always like to totally finish off an alliance before shifting focus. Though Stephs attempt at any type of uprising is gonna fail completely, she just doesnt know how to talk to people in a way that would make them want to help her.
I think Sydney is in a weird spot, she is doing the same things as Matt and Chelsea are but she is viewed as the 3rd wheel in that group (for no reason really, its just what people have decided) and someone has to be the Yul and someone has to be the Becky. I think Sydney knows she is percieved as the Becky of the others and has to do something to make herself stand out and I actually think shes doing a good job of it so far.

1. As the game dwindles down, you've left behind a lot of players, basically an entire game's worth. Do you feel that there are any who deserve to still be here? Is there anyone who should have gone sooner?I took a good look at the game tracker today, and alot of people have left. It's surprising to me how much has happened and how much there is still left to play. It caught me by surprise. While you feel glad you've outlasted so many people, there's still a ways to go. I do feel like there's a few people who left who would have been good additions to still have in the game, because, they were here to play. There are people who clearly worked hard in this game, but were put in positions that worked against them .. such as a bad swap outcome or just being in a minority alliance. Now this is a good answer. It pleases everyone. It says that people who left do deserve to still be playing which could include the 2 jurors (possibly appeasing us if we think it could be us) but its non-specific so as to not piss off anyone who would NOT want us to stay in the game. She also can now consistently stick with this story throughout the rest of the game that she was "aware and supportive" of people who were out of the game by unfortunate circumstances. Chelsea came to play |

Actually, I think Sydney is Final Two with Chelsea, making Matt the Fourth wheel since Sandra is right there with those two. But I do agree she is perceived as the meeker one of the four. However, I think her way of approaching the game at this point of continuing to be meeker is not good, especially when she could have typed a completely mind-blowing answer like Chelsea did. Chelsea is a GREAT speaker, she could sell fish to a fishmonger, no lies. I am absolutely team Chelsea until the end, besides Shawna, and Mike. She just keeps impressing more and more. |

I hope Shawna and Mike can pull out the immunities. I think Shawna has a pretty good chance considering the challenge, then again The Capitol is smart enough to help each other since they would have two chances to exterminate The Power Rangers for once and all. Once Shawna/Mike are gone, they will have the easiest road ahead of themselves by getting rid of all the unworthy people.
