I don't think that's how it worked out. Alicia knew that Colton wasn't gonna vote with the girls so she knew that voting out Monica would at least somewhat help her because it doesn't make her the immediate next target. Not as stupid as you all may think...

I dunno, Candice. Even if Alicia did realize that, why on earth wouldn't she make the move of trying to flip another guy? I'm reasonably certain they knew Leif was in hot water over there, and even if they didn't, they definitely knew that Colton was calling the shots on Manono, and they could totally have used that against him, or told insane Tarzan that Colton was trying to join them.
Simply sitting back and allowing your allies to get voted off instead of attempting to save them is a moronic plan. My only hope is that whoever gets medivaced next week is one of Colton's bitches, so we can finally see something unpredictable happen.

Alicia did what Jay did when they voted Matt out. She realized her alliance didn't have the numbers and joined the alliance that had the numbers.

The issue is that the nail that sticks out is the one that gets hammered down, and Chistina and Monica werent in her BFF circle, but she really should have still tried something.

I dont thinnk Jay and Mike are particularly BFFs. He didn't even consider him an ally last episode Troyzan tho I am sure is not likely to flip as well when they merge back. I think Jay might still go back to Colton if he thinks going with the girls will be suicide
